HI I’M TINA!
And nothing makes me happier than when a client walks away
feeling significantly better than the beginning of their session. I completed my education at Idaho School of Massage and am currently practicing in the Boise area. My techniques are a combination of both western and eastern models of therapy and I specialize in Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Trigger Point, to name a few. Ultimately, I am able to accommodate any type of massage therapy you need!
My goal for each of my clients is to deliver the type of massage therapy that benefits them beyond just the duration of our session. I strive to find the source of your tension, use techniques that will specifically address your symptoms, and provide relief that lasts beyond our time together.
Nothing makes me more excited than when a patient walks away feeling that their expectations were exceeded and their symptoms were significantly reduced. I tailor each massage to your individual needs, which has proven to provide relief for many in their very first session. Whatever it is you want to focus on, I will do my best to accommodate. If my efforts seem to align with your needs, then I would love to work with you!
Rejuvenating Treatments
Signature Services Waiting For You
CUPPING
Cupping detoxifies the skin and circulatory system by removing toxins and improving blood flow through the veins and arteries. This is especially useful for athletes to relieve muscle spasms.
This treatment has positive effects on the digestive system including increased metabolism, constipation relief, and improved digestion. Additionally, cupping can help clear congestion and potentially aid in controlling asthma.
CRANIOSACRAL
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is intended to relieve compression in the head, neck, and back. This can soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress as well as body tension.
This type of massage is often part of treatment for conditions including: migraines and headaches, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, sinus infections, fibromyalgia, recurrent ear infections, TMJ, mood disorders, and disturbed sleep cycles
REFLEXOLOGY
Based on ancient Chinese and Egyptian hand and food therapy, Reflexology is an effective way to improve mental and physical well-being.
Therapists gently apply pressure to key points on your feet which send signals into the body that release positive chemicals. The result: reduced stress and pain. Additionally, this type of therapy can decrease toxins, increase blood supply, and ease tension and inflammation.
With thousands of nerves in each foot, reflexology therapists know that specific points relate to specific areas of the body's nervous system, allowing them to relax your body head to toe!
DEEP TISSUE
Deep tissue massage is the application of deep pressure and slow strokes to get deep into the layers of muscle and fascia. Primarily used to treat chronic aches and pains, it's also excellent for focusing on specific problems such as chronic muscle pain, injury rehabilitation, or one of the following: limited mobility, postural problems, sciatica, tennis elbow, repetitive strain injury, and muscle tension in the IT band, quadriceps, hamstrings, neck, and upper back
Deep tissue techniques can also be used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle "knots" or adhesions that disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation.

TRIGGER POINT
Trigger points are tight areas within muscle tissue that cause pain that radiate to other areas of the body. Much of the referred pain felt away from the trigger point site can be felt as either a sharp pain or a constant dull ache.
This type of massage is specifically designed to releasing constricted areas in the muscles. By alleviating the source of pain at through isolated pressure and release cycles on each trigger point, the referred pain is decreased.
Receiving trigger therapy on a regular basis can help manage pain naturally and stress from chronic injuries.
CONNECTIVE TISSUE
Connective tissue supports, protects, and connects every structure in the human body. Gravity, illness, injury emotional trauma, and other stressors of everyday life affect the conncective tissue, known as fascia, by causing an imbalance in the structure. This is manifested as tightening or shortening, which causes pain, stiffness, joint discomfort, and decreased flexibility.
Using broad, slow, and intentional strokes, connective tissue massage therapy works to restore the length of the fascia in order to alleviate pain and increase flexibility.
Connective tissue massage therapy can enhance performance for athletes, aid in expedited injury recovery, relieve chronic pain, improve tendonitis/sciatica/TMJ, improve range of motion, and helps minimize the body's vulnerability to future injury.
GERIATRIC
This type of massage therapy was designed specifically for the elderly population. Through the use of gentle and light application, the goal of this type of massage is to enhance blood circulation, combat depression, improve balance and flexibility, arthritic pain reduction, increase joint mobility and improve posture.
VISCERAL
Specific to the gastrointestinal tract, visceral massage therapy is intended to aid in digestion, as well as alleviate constipation, bloating, GERD, and acid reflux.
Through pressure, deep strokes, and friction on the abdomen, the goal is to restore mobility in the organs in order for them to receive the circulation, nutrients, and suppleness they need in order to function properly.
MYOFASCIAL
Myofascial release is a hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to alleviate pain and restore motion.
Trauma, surgical procedures, and inflammation causes myofascial restrictions that produce pain and pressure. Oils and creams are not used during this type of massage in order for the therapist to accurately detect fasical restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of constant pressure to facilitate that fascial release.
